Information you enter
PathGauge does not provide user accounts or submit calculator and matcher inputs to a PathGauge database. Those inputs are processed in your browser. Ordinary page requests and enabled third-party services may still process the network and device information described below.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
PathGauge uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits, page views, referrers, device categories, geography at an aggregate level, and web-performance signals. Cloudflare describes this product as privacy-first and says it does not collect or use visitors’ personal data. The beacon is injected automatically by Cloudflare Pages after the feature is enabled; this repository does not store a Web Analytics site token or add a manual beacon.
Cloudflare also hosts and delivers the site and may process connection, security, and request data as described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Advertising choice
When production advertising is configured, PathGauge may offer advertising from Monetag. The external advertising script and sponsored Direct Link are not activated before you choose “Allow ads.” If you decline, the provider script is not loaded, any PathGauge provider service-worker registration and Push subscription are removed, and the sponsored link remains disabled. Your choice is stored in your browser under pathgauge-ad-consent-v1.
If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, PathGauge treats that signal as a decision to decline advertising. You can use “Advertising privacy choices” in the footer to review or change a stored choice.
If you allow advertising, your browser connects directly to Monetag and the provider may process request, device, network, referral, and advertising-interaction data under the Monetag Privacy Policy. PathGauge does not control the provider’s retention or processing after that connection.
Sponsored Direct Links are visibly labeled as advertisements and open with protections that prevent the destination from controlling this tab. We do not implement forced redirects, automatic clicks, hidden frames, or automatic refreshes.
Contact messages
If a public email is made available and you use it, your address, message, and related delivery metadata will be handled by the email provider used for that address. We would use the message to respond, investigate a correction, or address the request, and retain it only as reasonably needed for those purposes, security, or applicable legal obligations. Do not send Social Security numbers, government IDs, payment-card data, health records, or account passwords.
External sites
Primary-source and sponsored links lead to other services with their own privacy practices. PathGauge does not control those practices.
Your choices
You may browse without allowing the advertising script. Use “Advertising privacy choices” in the footer to withdraw or change a previous choice. Clearing PathGauge site data also resets the stored choice. Browser privacy controls and content blockers may affect analytics and advertising requests. When a public address is displayed on the Contact page, you may use it to ask about a message you previously sent.
Children
PathGauge is intended for a general audience making career and training decisions and is not directed to children under 13. Do not send personal information about a child through any future contact channel.
Policy changes
We may update this policy when site functionality or service providers change. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page.
