Which exact agency controls the work in the destination jurisdiction?Start from the regulator, not from an occupation-title translation.
A U.S. occupational title does not map automatically to a Canadian trade certificate. In the United States, authority can sit at state or local level; in Canada, provincial and territorial systems control trade certification and may add a Red Seal endorsement for designated trades.
